Is HAL booking future cruises to full capacity?

After all of the reports of ships being way less than 100% booked, I noticed my cruise in September is showing no more available Neptune suites.  Unless they are withholding some, it seems as though they may really be all booked.  Is that where things are these days?  Back to full capacity?

Just because the Neptunes are full doesn't mean the rest of the ship is full. At this point, HAL is still keeping a number of (non-Neptunes) reserved for quarantine purposes. That is all anyone knows at this point in time. No schedule for full booking has been announced as yet, but you know they will go back to full booking at their earliest chance, as they aren't making any money now.
