New to Oceania.....question about penthouse suite cabin location

What was wrong with 7114 on Vista?  I see nothing on the deck plans above it other than other cabins, nor is it particularly close to the elevators or stairs.

Husband and I spent 25 nights in 7114 on Vista in July/aug 2023 and the only issue we had then with noise was a couple of slightly loose ceiling panels rattling, which they fixed promptly. That aside, we once heard a neighbouring couple having a blazing row in their suite and we often heard neighbours if they were outside on their decks at the same time as we were, which is hardly surprising. Huge balcony was a big bonus for us  - loved that and used it a lot. 

 

Larry in Miami, can you tell us what issues in particular you had in Vista 7114? You clearly had a very different experience from ours and I am sorry to hear that.
