Transportation from (Tampa) Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore to port

What is the best way to get from Tampa Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore to the port for an April 8  Celebrity Cruise?  If Uber, is it going to be a challenge to get one?  We recently ran into many issues attempting to get an Uber in Chicago?

Best would be a stretch limo with a stocked bar! 😎

 

UBER or Lyft should be easy and in general will be cheaper than a taxi. Can fare should be about $30 - ask the front desk to call the cab for you as they know who is reliable.
