Milkshakes on drink package

Hi I searched and searched the Internet and cannot find my answer. Are milkshakes included in cheers?

They also taste better if you get them spiked using your Cheers package.

I had read you could get spiked milkshakes but when I went to Java Blue I didn't see any on the menu so I got a regular one.

Next day went back and was using the plastic menu as a fan while waiting and then saw that on the other side of the menu a whole other page listing all the spiked items, lots of choices.
