No. You need to have them discount it onboard at the spa to get the discount. That’s what we had to do in October on Edge.

If it works for you, check the port day spa prices on the Planner. 

I pre-booked a pedicure on departure day on a recent cruise, and the discount was way more than 10%.

I am on Apex. I prebooked spa treatments online and they were discounted correctly. I even checked with the spa to be sure. They told me when you book online it should discount automatically. 

However we always watch what they charge us while on the ship.

A few days ago they charged us for the cruise gratuities. Which was already included when we booked so keep an eye on your account!! They had to call corporate to get it removed!
