On the Reflection just 5 weeks ago (or so) it was an AMAZING 29% guest capacity. Our two more recent Liberty sailings were more like 100% - and what a difference. Though, even if both had been 100%, the Reflection rarely "feels" as crowded --- space ratio aside, perhaps it's just a function of efficient use of space/flow.

Our upcoming B2B on the Discovery Princess will be our last sailings at reduced capacity.  Our other cruises this year are 12 on Oasis, 14 on Mardi Gras and a S2S on NCL Prima for 11 combined with 3 on Freedom of the Seas.  Expecting full capacity on all of them.

I think there may be some confusion about guest space ratio.  The higher the number the better.  It's a percentage based on tonnage vs people.  The higher the number, the more space each person has.  So, the Spirit classes have the most "space" per person, and a lot of the older ships do as well, and most of the newer ones the least amount.

Back in the 90s I was on Fantasy class ships so crowded it was literally wall to wall people moving down the promenade past the casino and clubs. Like after the fireworks at Disney: shoulder to shoulder, taking 6 inch steps.

Then came Spirit class, Conquest class, Dream class, Vista class, and now Excel class. I haven’t experienced anything since like those crowded Fantasy cruises(which I totally enjoyed by the way)

and for the people who won't sail on the Oasis class ships because they've got to be so  crowded the space ration is 35

But, then again,  Oasis has a great deal of space not included in Gross Tonnage.
