Dinner BOGO for Diamond Plus

I'm not sure how that works as we have never pre-booked or paid in advance.  We always wait and do that on board with the Concierge or the restaurant Maître d,  and have never had any issues with getting desirable reservations at our restaurants of choice.  In our view, it is not necessary to do anything in advance.  But hopefully someone else can provide an answer if that is the direction you prefer to take.
