Pre-cruise hotel Norfolk VA

Considering b2b leaving from Norfolk VA.  Looking for decent hotel near port.  Would be bonus if they have shuttle to cruise port.  Anyone have and recommendations for hotel?  Thank you.

I have a lot of friends that stay at the Main which I believe is a Hilton property a short distance from the terminal.  There are several hotels in the area - do you have a certain brand you prefer?  Also, would recommend staying in Norfolk versus going over to Portsmouth.  In Norfolk you have the Downtown area (Waterside district) with plenty of restaurants and entertainment.
