Are these your ports of departure?  I mean, will you be staying overnight in Barcelona and Amsterdam prior to your cruise?       If you are at a hotel, check with them about pharmacies (or farmacias) (or drug stores) near the hotel.   Or you could do a search on-line for these stores in Barcelona and Amsterdam to see if any are close to your hotel.
