Health declaration form for flying to Amsterdam

Is this still a requirement?

My sister flew to Amsterdam from Aberdeen last weekend and it was a requirement when she did her online check- in with klm.  Things are changing from week to week with restrictions in Europe though.

Did your sister mention if the form was included as part of the check-in, or did she have to obtain it first and attach it when she checked in?

From that page: "If you’re flying with KLM, Corendon, TUI, Transavia or easyJet, you will be asked to fill in the health declaration as part of online check-in procedures. So you don’t have to print or download it."

Thank you! We're touring Ireland (both) and Scotland, after which wewill be on KLM to AMS. This, at least, means that the form will be waiting for us when it's needed.

On our Celebrity TA in 9 days they are telling us we need to fill out the form 

But it only ask for flight number you are arriving on , I guess my flight from Toronto to FLL will not work LOL

EU entry ban applies for travallers outside EU/Schengen

• The EU entry ban applies if you:
  • live in a country outside the EU/Schengen area; and
  • that country is not participating in the EU travel rules scheme.
• There are exemptions to the entry ban. For example, if you come from a safe country, or you have a proof of vaccination or proof of recovery that meets the requirements.

If you are travelling by air, you do not need a health declaration form if your plane lands after 00.01 on 20 April 2022.
