Internet on Eurodam???

I'll be on Eurodam in June sailing to Alaska, my first time on HAL.

In my experience  the internet on Carnival ships is usually pretty bad, they claim that the "premium" plan lets you stream video etc. but I've only been able to do that with any kind of reliability early in the morning before most guests are up.  (I've heard that it's better on their newest ships, but haven't been on one yet).

How's internet on Eurodam?  Should I just save my money?

We were recently on the Eurodam and the internet was spotty at best.  It seemed to work best in the morning and not so much at night.  Last August we were on the NA in Alaska and the internet was horrible and not worth paying for IMHO.  The TV barely worked except for movies.

It's always a shared pipe. You can get very fast speeds if you're willing to be awake when no one else is.

Most services allow you to download content for offline use. I'd go that route.
