RCCL Credit Card - OBC Redeemed, but only see Half in Cruise Planner Wallet

As I'm getting bounced around between Bank of America and Royal Caribbean, has anyone had this experience? I redeemed 10k points for $100 of OBC on April 9th for a May 4th Cruise. Looking into my cruise planner, I only see $50 of that credit. Bank of America says they can see the transfer, but can't provide any more information. I'm on hold with Royal, but I have a strong feeling they'll push me back to Bank of America.

Hi Lee - thanks! Finally got it resolved. It did go to a "2nd person" but since I am traveling solo, it went to a "ghost" guest. It took me 90 minutes to get to an RCCL agent, but he fixed it for me in 15 minutes. 🙂
