Carnival Website Issue

Is anyone else having issues with the Carnival Website today.  Tryin to log in and keeps reverting to the log in screen.  When I click carnival at the top. it does appear that I am logged in and it does state 35 days until next cruise, but when I go to manage my cruise or click the 35 days until cruising banner,  nothing is listed (I have 4 Cruises booked) and asks if I want to add a new booking.

 

I have cleared the browser history and tried different browsers, all with the same resut

Don't know why but sometimes the system seems to "lose" the bookings.  I have had to go back and add them again myself from time to time.  I will say never all of them at once, so that is odd, but certainly off and on a booking here and a booking there.

Well, sorry this is happening to you, thundercrack, but I'm  relieved I'm not the only one.  Had a heck of a time logging in, then it shows only a countdown to my soonest embarking cruise but nothing else.  I have 3 cruises booked with Carnival.

I've booked so many cheap cruises with generous casino offers and used cancellation credits that I seriously worried for a minute that they'd decided I wasn't a profitable customer and they had decided to blacklist me, lol. Glad it's not just me =p

Yes, very annoying. I'm logged in but can't manage my bookings.

Yup same issue here. It keeps telling me there is "no availability for the number of passengers you entered" which was "2". Annoying!

I'm completely out.  Tried reset, no good.  Reentered booking #'s.  Reverts back.  Differently out.  Shows how many days left. That's it.

Same thing happened to me, this morning!  I immediately logged out and came here to see if I was alone, or had company!😄

Celebrity's website may have improved since the cruise I took a decade ago, but back then I recall it was just as bad.  Possibly worse.

They have been doing a major overhaul on the website since last night. Generally you take down one module at a time to load new software, check data integrity and security, and recouple to the outside world. As usual on very large projects, things don't go as planned. Usually hardware failures when power is applied.

 

Don't worry, it will be fixed, and no one will be penalized for missing a deadline while it is down.

I also have to check-in at midnight. This will be our first Platinum cruise & I was hoping for an early time. Maybe it will be resolved soon.

Major upgrade to the website last night and the site was down till the morning. 

 

The website is now back up and running normally.
