moneeman Posted April 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2022 Please forgive me if this has been covered many times. I have gone through quite a few pages of posts, and while there are a number with good information about testing to get on the ship, I have not been able to decipher what happens after that. Are negative tests required by countries of the ports we visit in order to get off the boat? Our cruise embarks in Barcelona, but the ports are in France and Italy. Do we also have to show the negative test to get back on the ship after an excursion? If tests are required during the cruise, are they sold by Celebrity, or are we supposed to bring them with us? Looking forward to the day when these issues have been resolved.
Purplsmurf Posted April 29, 2022 #2 Share Posted April 29, 2022 Everything is listed on the Celebrity website. Basically, if you are boosted the only test you will need Is to get on the ship , but if you only have 2 shots and the second was more than 270 before the end of the cruise, you will need to test for various ports at your expense. Each cruise is listed on the website with the number of times testing will need to be done.
moneeman Posted April 29, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted April 29, 2022 That's very helpful, thanks. We are boosted, but I believe the couple we are traveling with only have had the two shots. Can you point me to where this is on the website? Is it within "Manage Reservation", or is it in the cruise info available to the general public (the booking process)? Everything is in there. There is a drop down where you will find rules for each sailing.
