What about the other bread condiments?

This was a far bigger deal to us than it should have been. Don't remember this in the past. I believe the cheese and olive spreads were my favorites.

I've been able to order the cheese spread even on nights it wasn't 'offered'. Never hurts to ask.

Culturally, biscuits are a US thing you won't find anywhere else, and if the kitchen staff have never encountered it before it came up on the menu, it's probably not going to be very good.  That goes for a bunch of things served at the buffet, not just breakfast...
