Princess Southbound From Whittier Sailing Outside Vancouver Island?

I keep seeing itinerary maps that indicate Princess is sailing outside Vancouver Island on the southbound voyages.  I guess we will know for sure in a couple of weeks but does anyone have knowledge that they have made this change?

It depends on which ship you are on.  Grand Princess travels on the east side of Vancouver Island, but the Royal Class ships seem to have navigational issues getting through Seymour Narrows, so both Royal and Majestic Princess may go on the west side of Vancouver Island.
