We are a family of 4, on the never ending NCL take EVERYTHING FREE deal. Passengers 1&2 we each have 2 dining credits.  Lets say we want to go to Cagneys, can we take our daughters and use up all 4 credits at one meal? Or will they not let us do that?

The dining package is not transferable, so you can’t do what you suggest.

People often suggest that it is worth asking, just in case they let you, and there is never any harm in asking, but it is very rare that they make exceptions like this. I would plan around not being able to share the credits.

@Clambake77

Before you make any final decision talk to the Food & Beverage Manager.   While Keith is correct; most F&B Ms are quite human and I am sure would view your situation differently to the situation where people want to share with non close family members

If you do ask then please come back here and let us know what they say. I always say that they are unlikely to make exceptions because it is extremely rare that anyone reports back with positive experiences. Any feedback you can give will help others who have the same question in future.

Depending how big eaters they are and there potential $ choice  it may be better to use 2 credits and PAYG for them.

2 packages would cover 2 people and enough sides for 4.

You have 2 starters & 2 soup/salad and 2 deserts covered.

That's a lot of food then pay for the extra main or extra starters etc.

In the past we have done that for 2 using one credit and a lot of the items got zeroed out as part of the package(OH is not a big eater).

They may have fixed the POS systems to stop that or insist on separate bills.

So, again, the package is not transferable. You can’t use one credit and feed everyone at the table. And likely be charged for items “shared”.

We will be doing the same on the next trip.

Never had a dish on a package charged because we shared it.

One credit works well at the 4 items places.
