UK specific log in

Logging in via "Try our Web version" method rather than Medallion. All logged in except health status and it came up green lane. That green status has dissapeared and health status entry box  won't open up.  Help needed please.

Its working for me OK. Probably a glitch their end. Can you not use the App?
