On the Alaska cruise tour land first are able to send luggage to the ship that we don't need?

Yes! You can take only one large piece of luggage on the land tour along with a small backpack type of bag you can take with you during travel from one lodge to another. The large bag is called the "Meet me tonight" bag. You can also have other luggage that will meet you at the ship, i.e the "Meet me at the ship" bags. You take ALL your bags to your first lodge and from there it's separated appropriately.
