Issue with Royal website for checking prices

Still nothing here in New Jersey either…

 

I called Crown and Anchor a few hours ago. At first they said they know nothing about this. 
 

They then checked with their IT Dept, and admitted they were having a problem and are “working on it”. 😕

My problems with website just cleared this morning . The last few days I had cleared the browser twice,

early this morning tried again got to prices nothing. Decided to give browser clearing one more time, and it worked. Hopefully for everyone to get what they need.

Today is day 4 of the white screen here in New Jersey. 
 

How do you clear the browser on an iPad?

 

Settings…Safari…Clear History and Website Data?

 

I’m happy for all of you that can now check your prices…I want to be happy too! 😀

Thank you for your suggestion but…
 

As I also mentioned, I have found no other site that offers a firefighter discount. I cannot assume that a firefighter discount is the same as a military discount. 
 

You are correct that other sites are much easier to use, but they are missing the firefighter discount. 
 

I could call Royal, but what I want to do is browse sailings from the comfort of my home, not wait on hold for an hour.

It should be the same as the law enforcement/first responder discount which is an option on some sites - BTW, that discount is probably fairly rare.

What category was that? The only discounts I see now are for refundable rates (I assume you are talking about the 6/10 Oasis sailing).

You did not “mention” a TA site, as this is against CC rules. You alluded to a site that you use. I have no idea what site you were looking at. I would like to know, but oh well!

Are you using Apple products? iPhone, iPad, or an iMac?

 

Try the above quote. This is how I finally got in on the fourth day.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm having the issue on the RCL website. It's working fine on my iPhone.
