Shore Excursion booking issue

Trying to book an excursion for a November cruise and get an error message saying there seems to be an issue with this excursion, see the SE office for more info.

 

Any idea what this means?

Have you tried doing a test booking of another excursion?  I'm wondering if it's a problem with the shore excursion site in general or there really is a problem with just that excursion.  I'm not sure you can reach anyone on the holiday weekend...
