Booking a casino offer as a solo passenger

I just received another casino offer today and my DH is "cruised out" at the moment, so I'm curious if anyone has booked a casino offer as a solo passenger?

I get a free balcony/princess + and some freeplay.    So.....would I have to pay just the port fees & taxes for 2 people or would I have to pay the full fare for the 2nd person since I'd be cruising solo?

They don't penalize solo travelers who book through their casino offers.  Going to Alaska in August using the Prestige offer.  All in $474 US, balcony,  FP, Princess Plus and a choice of 4 offers which I apparently book when on board.
