Since you have no answers yet, maybe browse some pictures?  I’ve seen some pics in reviews and don’t recall seeing any.  Generally speaking they are often prohibited in public pools and particularly busy pools.  Too many people and it makes it very hard on the life guards to see and know if any one is in trouble under water.  The safety issue is a big one so my guess is you will find the answer to be no,  but I’m very curious to see if anyone knows.

We picked up blow up chairs for cheap at Walmart and had no problem using them in the ocean.

Have never seen them in the pool at Coco Cay…

I was in Coco Cay last week and someone tried to bring a float in the pool and the lifeguard

told them that was not allowed.

At CocoCay I have seen people in the pool with noodles.

We were able to bring in the noodle shaped blow up floats from the dollar store in the pool.

We have used blow up noodles four times since August.  Never seen a mattress or large float though.  Only one spot in the pool over chest deep.
