Celebrity Summit Blu menu question

We are sailing on the Summit in July.  We are in Aqua Class.

Besides the nightly featured menu, does Blu offer some standards on their menu?

Also, due to the location, sharing a kitchen with the main dining room, can you order off of the main dining room menu?

Aqua Class dose have a number of everyday items on the side of the menu.  

 

On M-Class  ships I have never had a problem ordering from the MDR Menu.
