Casino offer question

Hi all, thought about posting this in the cruise casino forum but it doesn't look very active so I'm not sure what response I'd get.

My question is for the casino status match within Carnival. My husband gets comp balcony/jr suite cruises on Royal through Casino Royale but he doesn't have a casino "card" showing status per se. Carnival wants an upload of the card, but would a screen shot of his current offers with Royal be sufficient? Has anyone done it this way?

Casino Royale absolutely has tiers. It's Carnival's casino program that doesn't have tiers. If your husband doesn't know his tier all he has to do is go to https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/

Put in his crown and anchor number in and he'll get his tier level and all his offers

This is what U R comped uses, so pretty sure Carnival's players club will accept a screen shot.

That's the screenshot I have, but it doesn't state his tier level, just offers.

Did he get an email earlier this spring that notified him of his level?  I think mine came in April.
