Quest testing

We are testing at a Quest testing site on Friday.   We are hoping to get the results before we fly out on Saturday.  If you’ve used them for testing how long does it take to get the results back?

I've used them twice for pre-cruise PCRs for my unvaccinated 4 year old. In October '21 and April '22, the results in October came back in about 36 hours, it took closer to 45 hours for the April results. We had the first appointments of the day at 7:30am both times.

I had a 7:30AM appointment on Tuesday and my results were emailed Wednesday 4:11AM. That's the quickest it's been. its usually closer to 36 hours.

I've considered using Quest, as we have many locations here in the Metroplex. What is the cost? TIA.

it was free for me. But google free quest covid test so that you get the right link. If you just go to the regular quest site, it will tell you that a prescription is needed

My husband and I went for our PCR tests together at 3:30 pm on Monday. By Tuesday morning he has his results. It’s now after midnight (technically Wednesday now) and I still don’t have my results. Makes no sense to me, but I’m glad we also had proctored rapid tests to take as back-up earlier today because otherwise I would be losing my mind right now with worry.

Last Quest PCR test, received the results next morning. That was 3 weeks ago.
