Cruising during Hurricane Season?

Recommended Posts

Back in 2012 we raced hurricane Sandy back to NYC and got there a day early, but the port was already closed so we headed to Boston and spent 10/31/12 in port there.  We got back to NYC a few days later, turning a 9 day cruise into 13 days with no extra charges by NCL and the performers did extra shows.  We always cruise in late October, great cruises and prices.

Thanks everyone.  We booked a refundable 4 night cruise out of Miami at the end of October on Freedom OTS.  Flying in 2 days early.  Going to Coco Cay and Nassau.  We've been to both stops a few times so I don't mind if the itinerary changes.  I just want to get on the ship!
