Is the casino game of Baccarat gone on X?

In multiple sailings on both Celebrity and Royal, I've never seen a baccarat game being played.  Yes, the table is there, but it hasn't been in use.  I suspect its something that is open by request.

Man is this process broken, here's my time line:

1)  On board the past 3 sailings, I was told by pitbosses Baccarat (along with other CUSTOM request)  must be approved in advance and to reach out to the BCC.

2)  My first email I sent to the BCC 3 weeks ago was outright ignored.

3)  I called the BCC and was told to request it on board; there's nothing the BCC can do besides book and service bookings, they're not the on board casino dept. (this was clearly wrong).

4)  My second email was replied to in a week, they replied yesterday; riddled with typos, said to reach out exactly two weeks prior to the sailing (problem is the might not respond or take a week to respond) with your gaming request and to be sure to include your bankroll.  They didn't actually say if they'd be processing my request as my sailing is in about 3 weeks.

So I decided to go a different direction, forward the BCC's email to the CEO and hopefully someone from her exec team can shed some light.  I also asked if the game can go back to regular game offered on every sailing (like the X casino page states and how things were pre-pandemic) vs a it being a "custom request".  They replied back in two hours and said they have ensured Baccarat will be on all my sailings.  Overall, happy with the results.  Another case where X phone reps and email replies were confusing and just a huge waste of time but emailing the CEO gets you what you want.

How many decks do they play?  1, 6 or 8.  Have never played in an X casino.

8 Decks

Pre-pandemic it was $25/min

Post-pandemic it was $100/min; I believe this was open by request

$100/min means it'll keep a lot of people away
