Pearl thermal suite was great *when* it was working....

I'm on the Pearl right now and really loved the thermal suite.... when I was able to use it.  I used it on Day 1, Day 2 was a rough sea day so I didn't even check, Day 3 the hot tubs and thermal pool were down for maintenance,  Day 4 I used it, Days 5, 6 and 7  they were down for maintenance again. 

 

Is this normal? Anyone had any luck getting a refund in this situation?

We always use the thermal suite and perhaps once or twice some facilities were closed for maintenance but we've never had multiple day closures.

Was the thermal suite itself closed or "just" the pool and hot tubs? If the entire thermal was closed then you would  have a case for getting a partial refund but if it was just some facilities probably not.
