Modifying Generali insurance?

I purchased my Generali insurance thru the Trip Insurance Store, we have not made our final payment for the cruise, but we are upgrading cabins.  I called Generali and they gave me a website to modify the insurance, which was not Generali.  Has anyone had to modify and am I able to increase my coverage?

Why not just call Trip Insurance Store? Steve or any of his agents can service the policy. That way you can be sure it is done correctly and in a timely manner.
