RoyalUp Wishful Thinking?

We are sailing on BOTS in 3 days, and our cruise documents are still not available. It also states that luggage tags are “pending”. Is it wishful thinking to think that this means my pending RoyalUp bid will be accepted?

Yes, Royal Up has nothing to do with your issue - that’s a routine confirmation of RCI IT ineptitude.

We had documents and luggage tags before our Royal Up was accepted for a cruise in April.  The luggage tags updated a day after we were notified that our Royal Up was accepted.
