As of 5/29 no they were not. Boarding was a mess, I wrote a post about it after our Bermuda cruise

Maybe the cruise drink package could start in the terminal.  Or give everyone a gummy to get through it.  Gotta love those NYC union port workers.  Customer service and process improvement are like Ancient Sanskrit to these idiots. I know I am not getting a discount on MCT port charges.

Yes, I remember as I read all of your posts.   I am hoping things have been improving, but have not read any feedback lately.   Glad you still had an wonderful time.
