Looking for feedback on check in at the Manhattan Terminal. Thank you!

Really for me if they want a $40 fee to enter fine... just don't make me fill out that ridiculous online paperwork or stand in some line.

What I do like about NCL is the speciatiy restaurant food (the buffet is I think standard buffet food), the accommodations, depending on the ship you have great kids play area and things for the kids to do. The part that is hard everything and I mean every little thing cost extra and it adds up quick, knowing that I really enjoy the NCL cruises. Having said the above sometimes fear of the unknown and change can be good or at least you figure out what you like about a cruise line or don't. Wish you the best cruise where ever you decide 🙂

I have been on 12 NCL Cruises and loved every one. A few year back tried Royal Caribbean and hated every moment of it. There is something to be said for sticking with what you know.

How is your daughter doing? I have had it twice, first time bad and the second time pretty mild.

I have had COVID twice. The first time bad and the second mild, both times after 10 days I was testing negative. She will be ok.

I have had the same agent for 15 years at NCL and he doesn't work in "noweigiancentral", I agree with you those agents really have no idea what's up. So far for the last 15 years he has been correct when I ask for details about my cruises. How ever it works out, I love cruising with NCL even when it's full or half full. It's the one trip I take every year that means the most. Wishing you all an amazing cruise 🙂

If you booked through a NCL TA they can tell you. For our cruise my TA said it's a little over half full and he said their goal is 60% capacity.

@rxlowrycould you give us idea of what check in was like? Do we go to like piers 92-94 then walk over to 88? Do they do check docs, then security at 88? I am so confused going on Joy July 3rd. Thank you!

So we are a party of 13 staying in the Haven going out if NYC Terminal on the 3rd when should we arrive? We have one is our party who has trouble walking. Thank you!

They did and it just keeps coming back with an error message.

Bermuda Travel Authorization is a hot mess.

I have 2 people in my party who don't have passports, they have Gov. ID's and Birth Certificates and when when they hit submit for the Bermuda Application it comes back with an error message. I will try to call them again tomorrow.

The most I have ever won on NCL is $2400 playing penny slots (I'm cheap) that night the lady next to me won $20,000. I had to fill out some tax forums then they gave me cash. Not sure about the lady who won 20K.
