I am sharing a cabin with my brother and his wife. (Hence the 3rd wheel) Does anyone know if I  can I use my own charge card for ship charges instead of all of us on theirs?

Yes you certainly can. When your brother does the on line check in, for YOUR charges have him put in your charge card information.
