FBC change procedure

I have been reading about FBC but want to be sure that I understand the procedures.

 

If I book flights now for next year and I want to make a change for price or timing, my understanding is that I have to phone FBC to make any change. I cannot make any change online? 
 

I understand that after final payment there are fees to make changes but no fees prior to final payment

You are correct if you book the flexible rate.
