We just finished a cruise in YC on Divina.

today I am cancelling our remaining  cruises with MSC. 
With each cruise we have done on MSC, there has been a decline in service, product quality and experience. 

This last cruise was the deal breaker for us.
Sure, things do not always go as planned but, this cruise had one issue after another followed by small apology or a lie from upper staff.

I am getting frustrated as well, actually I already am.

Didn't you have the Royal suite?

 

Can you elaborate on the issues?

Royal Caribbean changed the embarkation port on our cruise last month from Barcelona to Tarragona.  Didn't require a flight change but hotels and transfers were all messed up.

3 cruises booked with MSC so far, and one more booked. No problems at all once on board.
