Buy toiletries in Naples?

We are starting our vacation with a cruise starting in Naples. If we arrive a day before embarking, how easy is it to grab toiletries there? After the cruise we plan to be traveling more, so trying to fly with just a carryon.

Very easy! Depending on where you are staying.  There are several Carrefour supermarkets and Carrefour Express in Naples.  Just google 'Supermarket Naples Italy'.

You can find pretty much everything you need in many supermarkets, although the brands may not be the same. One thing that is difficult to find is antiperspirant. Deodorant is easy, antiperspirant is much more difficult, although not completely impossible.
