It always used to be a chauffeur driven Mercedes E class, as it was for our outbound leg recently. The return was a standard taxi. Please could UK cruises post their experiences with this service. Not heard anything from them about travel to/from airport or booking ref for flights/hotel. So will report on this. But another thread said Scenic were no longer using their long term partner in transfers; I cannot recall whether that was because they'd gone out of business or other. If you have the scenic cruises reference, you can access manage my booking and see most travel arrangements etc. You’re unlikely to have any communication until a few days before departure. Canal archive Posted July 12, 2022 #4 Share Posted July 12, 2022 (edited) Scenic used to use Tristar on another thread a question about transfers was asked when I looked into it it looks like Tristar has been bought out which I thought was a bit surprising as Tristar was a multi country company, maybe just the U.K. branch was sold off. Just remembered we were transferred to another company once it turned out it was because we were going to Bristol Airport and the journey was subcontracted to a Bath company as their drivers was closer, nice Merc good driver no,problem. I asked my TA for the flight reference, which I was given immediately allowing me to pre-book my seats, which has a gold card holder I can do so free of charge. It may be worth emailing the hotel, obviously only applicable if you know which hotel and they may be able to put a note on your reservation.
