15 has the most shade, 10-14 intermediate (all about the same), and 9 has more sun (more deck space overall), though on deck 9 if you're out there to get sun, everyone above you has clear view of you.

The Vista Suites on the Spirit class have been my absolute favorites until now so I’m super excited for this one!

Was my fav until we stayed in 15th floor aft excel suite.  Not even a close comparison.  You chose wisely

We turned down an upgrade offer for a presidential suite to stay in our aft one. No regrets. We use our balcony a lot and worried about wind/lack of shade at the front. Also I liked the layout of the bathroom better on the aft one.
