Pier 91 to Sea-Tac

So we get back into Pier 91 on Quantum Monday,  9/12. We originally had a 1205pm departure out of Sea-Tac but the airline changed the flight sked and its now 1130am. We plan on self-assisting off the ship and grabbing the first taxi we see. We are also TSA-Precheck. Anyone have any tips on any faster way to the airport if say Customs delays disembarking? I plan on bringing cash to encourage the driver to Mad Max it if need be.

Quantum will be the only ship in Seattle that day, and kids will be all back in school (so possible less congestion at the airport).  If you follow your 'self-assist' plan off the ship early morning, you should not have any problem getting to SeaTac for your 11:30 AM flight.
