Hello all.  Flying into Long Beach and need recommendations for transportation to our pre-cruise hotel, the Crown Plaza.   We are looking for simple (easiest) but not horribly expensive way to achieve this goal.  Will be arriving on a Wednesday around 1:00 pm.  Thank you in advance for any input you can provide.

We used Uber.

Was it hard to use?  Did they pick you up curbside?  May I ask cost?  We will have 2 people, 4 suitcases, 2 carry ons and a purchase.  Is it extra for luggage?

Uber or Lyft. LGB is an awesome, tiny airport. Walk off the plane onto the tarmac, grab your bags, jump into an Uber right there. Could not be easier.

No jet way?? Dang, then we will have to find and drag four suitcase to the curb.  Hope it isn't real far. lol DH is asking if there are taxis available and if you have any idea how much they cost?  TIA

This is how it looks.

From there to the Uber/cab pick up is 200 meters, maybe 300, which is WAY shorter than walking through an LAX terminal and then at LAX you need a shuttle to the Uber/cab pick-up.
