From what I understand, you will no longer be receiving a 1.5L bottle of water in your room anymore. But you can instead get it at any bar around the ship.

AFAIK, that policy has been effect since Jan.1 of this year, and perhaps before that.

Oh snap, I just now got the email.  We haven't been on a cruise sounds November

You can use the paid bottle in your room if you want, just let your steward know that it is your free bottle. Or at least you could as of the last time I was on a cruise (May).

 

If you get it from the bar though, it'll be cold. So wait until you're about to go outside to pick it up is my advice!

That is the policy for ALL level cards - not just red cards.

Thank you for this tidbit as I didn't know it was a change from anything they had done prior.

I'm lazy so I will probably use the one in the room!
