Manage Reservation Says Gender Doesn't Match Title

We have back-to-back coming up. One reservation says that I need to enter passenger information. When I go there it only needs mailing address and country of residence. After I add it an hit save and continue I get:

Guest Gender does not match Guest Title. Please re-enter Guest Gender or Guest Title.

My other reservation is OK. I don't see a way to enter a "Title". Gender is correct. 

Any ideas?

I've had that happen before and could only be fixed be Agent or Celebrity.

I did much the same.   I also had one that said my birth date was incorrect.   hmmm...I think I know my birth date.

Yeah.  Jack Benny was 39, too... for HOW many years???😁

To the OP:  Ongoing X IT glitch.  Similar story.  Take Jim's advice and call.

Log out.  Give it another try in 2days.  If not successful putit away.  Get out confirmation, covid cards, passports and arrive at the pier.  Know some say not allowed.  It messes up the system but you can check your bags and check in for your cruise.

 

On our upcoming cruise all good on the first try including printing boarding passes. . . 

Then started getting emails and texts again verifying we are vaccinated.  Complete it each time with just a few clicks.  And now my DH and I are now a group of 14!
