Need Help - Shore Excursions for My Cruise

On my upcoming cruise, Celebrity just changed the length of time we will be in two (2) of the ports.

Looking to talk with someone at Celebrity regarding Shore Excursions.

 

I cannot get someone on the phone with knowledge to help answer my questions.  

Does anyone have a contact at Celebrity (manager/executive) to point me to for help?

Not trying to assume anything, but if your question pertains to excursions you booked now looking like they are outside of port arrival/departure times, if booked direct w/Celebrity, they will adjust the times accordingly
