Looks like Carnival Freedom is sailing  Transatlantic to and from Barcelona Sept/Oct 2023.  Carnival Pride is doing a Transatlantic from Rome Oct.2023.

Has the Carnival Jubilee from Southampton Oct 2023 been cancelled?

Does anyone know?  Not showing on booking engine.

Maryann, I so wish we could do this. When we took NCL Star from Miami to Barcelona, Spring of 2018 & Returned on Horizon's Inaugural TA, Barcelona to NYC, there was only 3 days in between.

If we were a bit younger (about 10 years LOL) & Covid was gone...maybe. Don't think this will happen for us. But, just booked B2B2B Vista Jan. 2024.

Oh I'd love to be able to go on one of the Freedom's TAs. I love that ship!

I did 3 TAs on her back in the day when she was sailing from Rome. 2008 / 2009.

I loved her too.

It will likely bounce around until final payment, then all kinds of cabins will open.

We got a casino offer we couldn’t refuse.  We booked the Freedom 9/21/23 to Barcelona and return on the Freedom on 10/23/23.  This will be an amazing adventure for us as we are both seniors. I’ll be searching for  air b&b in Barcelona and Madrid.  Anyone else doing this? We have no experience with air b&b.  Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated

On 2 of our TA'S we stayed in Charm Suites apartment hotel. They have 2 buildings around the corner from each other. The office is in the Parallel building and the one we stayed in was on Nou Rambla. We had a 1 bedroom, living room, full equipped kitchen and large bathroom, tiny outdoor space on the top floor. Great location, close to everything but not in a rowdy area - at least the Nou Rambla location.

Of course everything may have changed since the pandemic.

We just booked the TA on the Freedom, got the unbelievable casino rates for a balcony (the mandatory tip charge is more than the cabin) on deck 6. My “fear” is Freedom will be gasping for dry dock by that time.  Sigh....

wonder if the entertainment changes - also - where to store luggage in between - while in europe want to travel light - we have friends on way over so plan on cards etc - they are flying back - we think cruising is better all away around but we shall see - any advice . . . suggestions. . . .

Wow!  There seems to be many more of us than I would have ever guessed going both ways.  We will be spending 5 days exploring Spain and doing B2B on RCCL to/from Barcelona the other 14 days. Booked the Grand Suite on an awesome casino offer going over, and balcony on the way home since all the suites were already sold out.  Excited!!!!!

It's very possible they'll use the drydock as an opportunity to change out shows in the main theater, but not a guarantee. The comedians, piano player, etc., will likely be different. It's unclear what else they'll be doing on this drydock, besides repairing the funnel and routine repairs/inspections.

thanks - anyone find out if you can store your luggage on ship if you are back to back ?  with three weeks in dry dock?

That has never been an option before so I doubt it would be an option for this drydock.
