Free Drinks in the Casino for both room guests??

We’ve booked a cruise online with a casino offer that gives us “free drinks in the casino for one”. My husband also had that offer available to him under his VIFP#. In later speaking with a Carnival vacation planner, she said because we both had that offer, we would both get “free drinks in the casino”. I’m not sure if this is correct. Can anyone confirm or clarify this? Thanks.

You can email the casino department and they will tell you if you can get it. I had a deal with drinks for me but wasn’t the same as the offer we booked under my husband’s. They said I couldn’t get it. But since you have the same offer they should give it to you.

Make sure you print or screen shot your husbands offer deals. We were required on our last cruise to provide proof that we both had the same offer at time of booking. Once we showed the proof the Casino Host authorized the free drinks for my DW. I dont know if i did not have the proof if they would have given her the offer. For our upcoming cruise i have a copy of the email we received from the casino dept stating we both have DOU in the casino. From an email i had sent them.

This sounds like a great idea. Do you happen to know the casino email address? I’ve searched, but have found multiple suggestions.

Just Google Carnival Ocean Player's Club.  You want both offers attached to your booking ahead of time.  Just having a screenshot does not guarantee they will honor it onboard.  That would be like me saving screenshots of any offer and expecting the perks to be given

i used casino@carnival.com the return came from Global Casino Services. I first got a reply saying a ticket was open and they would respond. A couple of days (4) later i got the email saying the extended the offer to my DW as well for our up coming cruise. I'll be bring it for sure. good luck. Make sure you include your booking number date of sailing and both you and spouses VFIP numbers.

Yes. I asked the same question and actually emailed Casino and said my husband has same offer "xyz" and they said yes they would get drinks also. I'm saving the email and bringing onboard just as backup as ours is drinks everywhere.

This-but i did it thru oceanplayers.com and received an email and saved it on my phone.  However, I never had to show it because it was already on our S & S cards.

Same here.  We're always cruising on MY offers (sometimes it doesn't mention Drinks Everywhere or DOU for companion) and my wife ALWAYS gets what is on her offer at the time of booking.  Never had to ask for anything.  It's always there.

it’s a casino offer, so I emailed casino they upgraded my wife to drinks when playing in casino.

Moral of the story:   Never leave the casino. :classic_laugh:👍

Better to ask early then possibly being denied by casino host. Now just don't forget to go to the cashiers window and get your free $25 on your S & S card if your platinum
