Is there somewhere on Meraviglia where I can take my Nook and get free wi-fi to download more books?

Not without buying a package, I don't think. You'd have better luck thinking about which of your ports of call might have a convenient Internet cafe. If your ports of call include Puerto Rico or USVI, your cellular plan might work and if your plan/phone supports it, hotspot to your Nook.

Good idea also to download Kindle books or Netflix TV programs/movies before younleave home if you want to relax and unwind with them when you’re not doing other stuff on the cruise!
