As I said earlier, this is impossible as the system will not accept that. I don't use "apps", just the on-line version, but it is probably the same. At some point these cruise lines will see that. Transport Canada issues high level guidelines and then before the start of the cruise season it required each cruise line to submit its own detailed procedure manual outlining the specifics on the ship and in port the cruise line will use to meet those requirements. Once Transport Canada reviewed and accepts the manual the cruise line follows its manual. There is going to be some slight variations between each.
