Apex 7 Night Eastern Carribbean - Evening Chic nights?

We are cruising the Apex in April 2023 on a 7 night.  Which nights can I expect to be the more formal Evening Chic nights?  I'm booking some specialty restaurants ahead of time, and would you agree that I should plan to do main dining on Chic nights and save the specialty for other nights?

Our experience has always been nights 2 and 6 unless there is a late departure scheduled.

I’m not terribly familiar with the MDR menus but believe you are correct.  
You can look at the menus on the app for your sailing.
