COVID Test Results Question

Sailing from Seattle to Alaska/Canada on the Quantum.  Will Royal Caribbean accept a screenshot of our proctored test results or do we need to show the actual email?  We will not have the option to print due to traveling during the testing window.  Thanks in advance.

Show the actual email on your phone, not a screen shot of it - zoom in on the portion of the email that shows date, name and the word Negative.

Have the original email pulled up vs. a photo on your phone…we also print out the results just in case.

As a back-up, your hotel should be able to print it.

We have shown the email on our phone several times with no problems.
